Ph.D. Student Junwoo Jang won the excellence prize in the Student Poster Competition UT'19 Kaohsiung

Junwoo Jang, Ph.D. student, presented a paper entitled ‘Dynamic grid adaptation for panel-based bathymetric SLAM’, which suggests an algorithm to simultaneously perform underwater navigation and topographical map creation without incorrect update. He awared the excellence prize in student poster in IEEE OES International Symposium UT'19, Kaohsiung, Taiwan, April 16-19.
